RML Group appoints Matthew Frost as Operations Director

Matthew Frost has taken up the role of operations director at total engineering solutions provider RML Group, tasked with overseeing the operations functions that support all four divisions – Power, Engineering, Motorsport and Bespoke.

With a wealth of leadership experience, Matthew has worked with major OEMs, industry-leading motorsport firms and the British Army. His appointment is a key part of RML Group’s ambitious expansion plans, and will support further growth across all operational areas, including procurement, warehousing and logistics, fabrication, sub-assembly, paint and vehicle build.

Joining the business from leading powertrain and engineering firm Delta Cosworth, Matthew has also worked in senior engineering roles with Nissan Motor Corporation. His experience across motorsport, automotive OEM and defence matches many of the areas into which RML Group is expanding.
